Bio:
David Byrne is an artist and musician whose recent work includes Envisioning Emotional Epistemological Information, a PowerPoint book/DVD (Steidl / Pace/MacGill, 2003) and his album Grown Backwards (Nonesuch, 2004). He is represented by Pace/MacGill Gallery, NYC. He and designer/artist Danielle Spencer have collaborated on various art and design projects in recent years, including the corporate tombstone series.
